Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy: (MBCT)

An eight week programme for people who suffer from chronic depression and sadness and want to develop skilful ways to prevent relapse.

Starts: Thursday, 5th July, 2.30pm-4.30pm
Venue The Oasis Centre, St. Laurence’s Place East, Dublin 1

Mindfulness means learning to pay attention intentionally, in the present moment, and non-judgmentally. It helps you become familiar with the workings of your mind, and helps you
to notice the times when you are at risk of getting caught in old habits of mind that re-activate downward mood spirals and, if you choose, enter a different way of being.
